10g Chickpeas (soaked overnight, then boiled)
⅓ Raw Banana (Plantain) (boiled and mashed)
½ tsp Ginger, grated
1 clove Garlic, minced
1 small Green Chili, chopped (optional)
Salt and Spices (like cumin, coriander powder, chili powder) to taste
1 tsp Oil for pan-cooking
2 tbsp Hung Curd
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper, and Spices (e.g., roasted cumin, paprika) to taste

Step 1 : Soak 10g of chickpeas overnight and cook.
Step 2 : Cook, peel, and mash ⅓ plantain.
Step 3 : Mix chickpeas, plantain, ginger, garlic, chilli, and spices. Shape into tikkis.
Step 4 : Cook tikkis until golden.
Step 5 : For the dip, mix hung curd, olive oil, spices, and ProNocte powder. Serve tikkis with the curd dip!
